The Department of zoology offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Undergraduate course started in 1974 and the postgraduate course began in 1987.The curriculum is designed in such a way to offer opportunities for practical learning in addition to theoretical instruction through internships or startup efforts. This gives students the opportunity to put what they have learned into practice and gain valuable experience. The department is highly potent with infrastructure facilities. The professional environment is built with learned and enthusiastic faculty members and supportive staff. Our department staff tirelessly strives to work towards women’s education at all level in the State to be a pioneer in the field of Women Empowerment.
